Ride for Cancer
When: Sunday, October 3rd
Registration begins at 10:30. Ride leaves at 12:00.
*The ride starts and ends at the dealership.*
Cost: $20/rider $10/passenger
Entertainment: DJ Todd & County Line
Proceeds to benefit: Hospice & Palliative Care of Cabarrus County (A subsidiary of Carolinas Medical Center-Northeast) and Relay for Life (American Cancer Society).

The Ladies of Harley are raffling a queen size Harley quilt. A raffle ticket is a $5 donation. We will have a few tickets for sale at IP (1418 South Main Street, Kannapolis, NC 28081) or you can contact Tina at tcull2@uncc.edu to purchase a raffle ticket.

2nd Survivors Run/Walk Race
(Rain or Shine!)
Help your local firefighters fight breast cancer and focus on the cure!
When: Saturday, October 9th
Location: Landis Pool
Registration begins: 7:30am
Runners & Walkers Race: 9am
Cost per runner/walker: $20 for adults/children under 12: $10
The day of the event: $30 for adults/children under 12: $20
The first 200 participants will receive a free visor. All participants will receive a t-shirt. Trophies will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place over all. (Male and female) Cancer survivor participants will receive a special t-shirt. All participants under 12 will receive a medal.
There will also be a 50/50 drawing the day of the race. ($1 - 1 ticket; $3 - 5 tickets; $5 - 10 tickets)
